+Mental Health Outreach available every weekday
+Alcohol & Substance Abuse Outreach available every weekday
+Community Outreach Coordinator available every weekday to facilitate referrals to local social service agencies, as well, as distribution of coats, sleeping bags, toiletries, and emerency food relief.

SNAP's mission is to create a culture of acceptance that is carried out through the creation of sports clinics for children with special needs.
